About
I’m a Sydney-based technology consultant with a background spanning enterprise SaaS, solutions consulting, professional services, digital products and commercial technology roles.
At KPMG Australia, I worked across digital product development, technology transformation and business-facing IT. I later joined DocuSign, progressing from Customer Success Architect and Senior Engagement Manager to Senior Manager – Engagement Management, Asia Pacific & Japan. My work centred on understanding customer problems, shaping technology and professional-services solutions, and connecting commercial requirements with practical delivery.
Today, I bring that experience to smaller businesses. I’m particularly interested in using automation, AI and secure web technologies to remove unnecessary manual work and solve everyday operational problems. I remain hands-on with application development and am currently completing a Certificate III in Web Development.
